SALON POLICIES
Reservations:
Reservations are easy and available 24/7 through our online portal. Once you have scheduled your service, you will receive a series of confirmations via text and email.
Parking:
Avenue F has free street parking.
Re-scheduling / Cancellation:
We value you and your time. We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value, including partial service cancellations (e.g. cancelling your color portion of a color / cut appointment).
Same-day cancellations, missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.
All fees will be charged to the card on file, and must be paid before booking any future appointments. Clients who no show will not be eligible to rebook.
Services:
We always aim to make everyone feel 100% #PlumePretty. We do not offer monetary refunds for services rendered. Adjustments to services will be made when requested within seven days of original appointment.
Retail:
We carry luxury, professional hair care products as well as limited edition items available for purchase in-salon and through our website. All product sales are final.
In-person, Salon Pickup, Local Delivery and shipping options available on our Retail page. For Salon Pickup, we will get your order ready and contact you with pickup time options. For Local Delivery, select the option at checkout. This service is limited to orders within the local area / Austin-metro only - please check your zip code for eligibility.
